Make and study diagrams
Cover the labels on any diagram and study it by tapping to reveal: anatomy, cycles, maps, circuits.
Make a diagram on the web
- 1In SmartCards, choose Make a diagram.
- 2Pick the deck it goes in, or choose New deck… and name one (it starts as Diagrams), then choose Start. With no decks yet, you go straight to naming. The deck opens with the diagram editor ready.
- 3Use Choose image to upload a labeled image: PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF.
- 4Choose Auto-detect regions to let PlanexAI cover each printed label, or draw a box over each structure yourself. Drag a box to move it, drag its corner to resize it, and label every box in the list below the image.
- 5Choose Save diagram. Each labeled box becomes its own card.
Make a diagram in the app
- 1In SmartCards, tap Make a diagram. Pick the deck it goes in, or tap New deck and name one (it starts as Diagrams), then tap Start. You can also tap the Diagrams icon on a deck, then New diagram.
- 2Tap Choose image and pick a labeled image from your files. JPG and PNG work best.
- 3Tap Auto-detect regions, or draw the masks yourself on the diagram.
- 4Tap Create cards.
Auto-detect is part of Academic Plus and Academic Pro. Drawing the masks yourself works on every plan, including free.
Study it
Each masked region is its own card: tap to reveal, then rate Again, Hard, Good, or Easy like any review. Every region keeps its own schedule, so the structures you miss come back sooner. The library also includes ready-made diagram decks built from public-domain anatomy plates.
Editing a diagram later never resets your progress; masks keep their history through moves, resizes, and renames.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to place every mask myself?
No. After you upload the image you can let PlanexAI place the structures automatically, then adjust, rename, or delete any mask before saving.
