Academic records and your transcript
Upload your transcript as a PDF or photos and PlanexAI extracts your GPA, credits, and full course history; fix any detail, confirm it, and add past courses to your planner.
Upload and confirm
- 1Open Academic records from the Path tab and tap Add your transcript. Scan the pages with your camera, choose photos (up to 5 pages), or pick a PDF up to 10 MB.
- 2PlanexAI extracts your cumulative GPA, credits earned and attempted, and every course with its grade and semester.
- 3Tap any course to fix anything that was read wrong, including grades, credits, and whether it counts toward GPA. Corrections need to be confirmed again.
- 4Check the details, then tap Confirm details. A Verified badge appears on your GPA.
- 5Tap Add to my courses to bring your course history into the planner, or What-if GPA to model future terms on top of your real record.
Privacy
Transcripts stay private to you unless you share them with your advisor, and extracted grades never change your planner until you add them yourself. Uploading a newer transcript later replaces the summary; duplicates are skipped when adding courses. You can also remove a stored transcript entirely.
On the web
The Academic Records page in the dashboard sidebar has the same upload, photo, and history view on a bigger screen, with an Edit courses mode on the extracted table.
