Set up your institution
Advisor accounts are free to create; institution administrators additionally manage license seats and monitor campus integrations.
Create an advisor account
Register at planexai.com/advisor-register: pick your institution (required), your title (Professor, Academic Advisor, Department Head, or Other), and an optional department. An institution access code is optional; if you have one it links you automatically, and if not, choosing your institution is enough. Advisor accounts are free for educators. After email verification you land in advisor onboarding.
License seats (institution administrators)
The License Seats page shows seat utilization at a glance: how many of your contracted seats are used, what remains, your plan and tier, and when the contract ends, with the bar turning amber and then red as you approach capacity.
Integrations (institution administrators)
The Integrations page monitors the campus connections in one place: Canvas configuration and its last verification, single sign-on status, and calendar connections with their sync health. It is a status view, so a red mark here is your early warning before students notice.
Frequently asked questions
