Advisor dashboard overview
What an advisor sees on sign-in: caseload stats, a priority triage queue ranked by severity, and one-click paths to codes, students, and messages.
Sign in at planexai.com with an advisor account and the dashboard opens on your student overview: total and active students, retention rate, priority count, average GPA, and total overdue assignments, each with its trend.
The priority queue
Below the stats, students who need attention are ranked Critical, High, Medium, Low, each with one human-readable reason: "3 overdue assignments," "GPA 1.8," "No login in 7 days." Click a student to open their full detail view with courses, study metrics, assignment status, and risk factors.
Starting from zero
A new advisor account starts with an empty caseload: "Students will appear here once they register using your access codes." Tap Generate Access Codes to create your first codes; see Manage your caseload.
Frequently asked questions
How do students end up on my advisor dashboard?
Students who register with one of your access codes join your caseload automatically. Generate codes under Access Codes in the sidebar and share them with your students or class.
