Delete your account
Deletion is built into the app, permanent, and password-confirmed. Export your data first if you want a copy.
Mobile app
- 1Consider exporting your data first; deletion cannot be undone.
- 2Open Profile and tap Delete account.
- 3Confirm the warning: deletion permanently removes your account, courses, and study history.
- 4Enter your password to finish. The account and its data are permanently removed.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it too (how); deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription by itself.
Frequently asked questions
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
Not automatically if you subscribed through Apple; cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings as well. Web subscriptions end with the account.
