Fix sign-in and password problems
Reset a forgotten password, sort out Apple sign-in, and know which email your account lives under.
Forgot your password
- 1On the sign-in screen, tap the forgot-password link.
- 2Enter your email and tap Send reset link.
- 3Open the email and follow the link; it works right from your phone. Then sign in with the new password.
The confirmation says "If an account exists for that email" on purpose: it never reveals whether an address has an account.
Signed up with Apple?
If you created your account with Sign in with Apple, use that same button on the app every time; there is no password to reset. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, your account lives under the relay address Apple generated, not your real one.
No reset email arriving
Check spam, and confirm you entered the exact email you signed up with (a school address versus a personal one is the usual culprit). Still nothing? Email support@planexai.com and we will sort it out.

There is none; Apple handles authentication. Always sign in with the Sign in with Apple button using the same Apple ID.
