Subscribe to your PlanexAI calendar feed
A private link that puts your classes, assignments and exams in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook, no account linking required. Make one feed for everything, or one per course.
- 1Open Profile and choose Calendar feed.
- 2Tap Create calendar feed.
- 3Tap Add to Calendar to subscribe on this device, or Copy link to paste into any calendar app’s subscribe-by-URL option.
Feeds are private links that expire after 90 days; recreate one here anytime, and up to 5 can exist at once. Calendar apps refresh subscriptions on their own schedule, usually every few hours.
One course at a time
Every course can be its own calendar. Open the course and tap Add to Calendar on the card under its meeting times: that creates a feed with only that course’s class times, assignments and exams, so you can give each course its own color in Apple Calendar. On the web, open the course and choose Add to Apple Calendar from its actions menu. Each course feed counts toward the limit of 5.
Removing a feed
Delete a feed with its trash icon; calendars subscribed to it stop updating. Because the feed is read-only, removing it never touches events in PlanexAI.
Frequently asked questions
Can I subscribe to one course at a time?
Yes. Open the course and tap Add to Calendar under its meeting times. The feed it creates carries only that course, so each course can be its own calendar with its own color. Repeat for each course you want separated, up to 5 feeds.
Why is my subscribed calendar not showing a change I just made?
Calendar apps poll feed subscriptions on their own schedule, typically every few hours; the change will appear on the next refresh. For instant updates, use two-way sync with Google or Outlook instead.
