Two-way sync with Google or Outlook
Connect your account once and PlanexAI keeps your external calendar current: new assignments appear, changed due dates update, deleted work disappears.
Connect
- 1Open Profile and choose Calendar sync (or tap the sync icon in the Plan header).
- 2Tap Connect Google Calendar or Connect Outlook Calendar.
- 3Approve access on your provider’s own sign-in page; PlanexAI never sees your password.
- 4Your classes, assignments, and exams export to the calendar over the next minute or two.
Two-way sync is part of Academic Plus and Pro.
Staying fresh
From then on it maintains itself: change a due date in PlanexAI and the calendar event moves; complete or delete work and the event goes with it. The screen shows each connection’s last sync, and Sync now forces a refresh anytime.
Disconnect
Tap the trash icon on a connection. Every event PlanexAI created is removed from your calendar: classes, assignments, exams, all of it. Your own events are never touched.
Frequently asked questions
Does disconnecting clean up the events PlanexAI created?
Yes. Disconnecting removes every PlanexAI-created event from the connected calendar, including class series and assignment due dates. Events you created yourself are untouched.
Does PlanexAI see my Google or Outlook password?
No. You approve access on the provider’s own sign-in page and PlanexAI receives a revocable token, never your password.
